Order processing times
All Phil orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel right to your doorstep.
During product launches, sales, and busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Australia — domestic shipping
We offer the following options across Australia:
- Standard (Australia Post): 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $99 AUD; $9.95 below.
- Express: 1–3 business days to most metro areas. $14.95 flat.
- Same-day Sydney metro: Order before 11am AEST. $19.95.
International shipping
Phil ships worldwide. Standard delivery times after dispatch:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Shipping is free on all international orders over $99 AUD. Below $99, rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
Duties, taxes & customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
As customs regulations vary between countries, Phil is unable to estimate, collect, or pre-pay these fees on your behalf.
To comply with international shipping laws, all parcels are declared at their actual purchase value. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documentation.
If you're unsure whether duties or taxes may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Spain, Italy & Hungary Orders
Due to local import regulations for human hair products, orders shipped to Spain, Italy, and Hungary require a fumigation certificate.
The cost of fumigation and certification will be calculated at checkout and is required before your order can be dispatched.
Please allow an additional 3–4 weeks for the fumigation and certification process to be completed. Express shipping remains complimentary once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that fumigation and certification fees are non-refundable if you later return or exchange your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. For Australia Post, you can also track via auspost.com.au with your tracking number. International orders track via the destination country's postal service after handover.
Delays
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather, or postal service delays.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@philyourhair.com and we'll look into it for you.
We're committed to getting your PHIL to you as soon as possible and will do everything we can to help if delays occur.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve and either reship or refund — at no cost to you.
Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including any apartment, unit, suite, or business details.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to update the delivery details.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us at hello@philyourhair.com as soon as possible. We recommend getting in touch within 1 hour of placing your order.
While we can't guarantee changes can be made, we'll always do our best to update your details before your order is processed and dispatched.
