Clip-in extensions
1. Brush Before & After Wear
Gently brush your extensions before applying and after removing them to prevent tangles. Always start at the ends and work your way up.
2. Wash Only When Needed
Unlike natural hair, extensions don't produce oils, so they don't need frequent washing. Wash only when product build-up occurs or they no longer feel fresh.
3. Use Gentle Products
Choose sulphate-free and alcohol-free products wherever possible. Avoid heavy oils near the clips and wefts.
4. Minimise Heat Styling
Phil extensions are made from premium Remy human hair and can be heat styled, but excessive heat may shorten their lifespan. Always use a heat protectant.
5. Store Them Properly
When not in use, brush your extensions and store them flat in their Phil storage bag or box away from direct sunlight and moisture.
6. Remove Before Sleeping
Never sleep, swim or exercise vigorously while wearing your clip-ins. This helps prevent tangling and unnecessary wear.

Phil Your Pony Booster
1. Remove Gently
After wearing, carefully remove the Pony Booster from your hair without pulling or tugging.
2. Keep It Clean
Wipe occasionally with a soft, damp cloth if needed and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
3. Store Safely
Keep your Pony Booster in a drawer, pouch or beauty case when not in use to protect its shape.
4. Avoid Excessive Force
Phil Your Pony is designed to be durable and reusable. Avoid bending, twisting or forcing it into place.
5. Use As Intended
For the most natural-looking results, position the Pony Booster beneath your ponytail and ensure it is fully covered by your own hair.
