Hi, we're Natalie and Melissa, the founders of Phil.

Our story started with a shared frustration. We both began noticing our hair was thinning, and when we looked for solutions, we found an industry that completely ignored us.

Everything was about massive volume and dramatic length. The extensions were heavy, uncomfortable, and frankly, they looked obvious and unnatural in our fine hair.

We didn't want to look like a different person. We just wanted to feel like ourselves again.

So, we decided to make what we couldn't find.

What went into it

We spent a full year testing designs, sourcing the softest 100% human hair, and engineering tiny micro-clips that wouldn't pull or show through. We created pieces with a lower, more natural density that blends seamlessly instead of sitting on top of your hair like a helmet.

Who we made it for

We made Phil for us, but also for every woman who has ever felt her confidence dip when she saw her scalp in the mirror or tied her hair back into a thin ponytail.
